Honey Chamomile
Blonde
Make this beer if you
like: Chamomile tea. A touch of
sweetness. Blondes that aren’t dumb.
Honey and Chamomile make a perfect blend for a nice
complexity in this light Blonde ale.
Boring Blonde beers offend us (well at least half of us). Some are just too light and sweet and have no
character. This beer gets interesting
with a special aroma from the chamomile, herbaceous notes, and a touch of sweet
honey.
