Honey Chamomile Blonde
Honey and Chamomile make a perfect blend for a nice complexity in this light Blonde ale. This beer gets interesting with a special aroma from the chamomile, herbaceous notes, and a touch of sweet honey.
Lemon Verbena Basil Wheat
Like chamomile, lemon verbena is often used in tea. It has a nice hint of citrus without too much sour bite and the spice of basil complements the lemon verbena notes. Sorachi Ace hops add intense lemony attributes. We love how it works with the lemon verbena in this brew.
West Coast Hopped-Up APA
The West Coast American-style Pale Ale (APA) is a different beast from its British cousin. West Coast Pale Ales have nice fruity, caramel malt notes with bold piney-grapefruit hops. This is a great recipe for the new brewer, since you don’t need to steep any specialty grains.
Black Smoke Pale
Our Black Smoke Pale Ale is a dark in color, but 'light' and clean in flavor. It has a nice hop dryness, medium body and alcohol content, and a crisp and dry finish – that has been “blackened” with the addition of some very dark and smoky sumptuous specialty grains.
